We understand that you may have some questions as you start using our software. Here are some of the most common questions we receive, along with their answers.

How do I create an account?

To create an account, simply click on the 'Connect via Google' button on app.chibi.ai. Pick your Google account and if you do not have a Chibi AI account yet one will be created for you automatically.

How do I reset my password?

Chibi uses Google for authentication. There's no password to remember. Just connect with the Google account you used when you joined Chibi.

If you're asked for a password when connecting to Chibi, this is from Google. You'd use the password associated with your Google account.

I'm seeing error: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading '0')

This is an error trying to use OpenRouter. This can come from many root causes. Here are a few things to check:

  1. Are you trying to use a free/experimental model? These often have very restricted usage limits and are often not functioning because the resources have been exhausted on OpenRouter.

  2. Does your OpenRouter account have credits available? If you're account has reached 0 credits you may see this error.

  3. Is your OpenRouter API key valid? If you're not using a free/experimental model and you do have credits, consider generating a new key and updating it in your Chibi account page.

How can I contact customer support?

We recommend starting in the Chibi community. Post your question there. This will give not only our staff the chance to help, but the entire Chibi community as well.
